Karma on the Beach
Saturday 8th May
Many of you will be familiar with Karma Yoga at the Yoga-Life Studio, where on Saturdays we hold the studio open as sacred space, welcoming the public and sharing time together; relaxing, connecting and making new friends.
We are now extending this idea of selfless service into the local environment with the Karma on the Beach programme.
We invite you to join in tidying the beaches and connecting with the elements and one another out in nature.
The first Karma on the Beach session will take place on Saturday 8th May. Meet at 10am under Eastbourne Bandstand, we will conclude by 11.30am.
All welcome, including children with adult supervision.
