Our classes involve posture work (asana practice), breath awareness, pranayama, visulization
and meditation to enhance well being. We also incorporate chanting, nursery rhymes, bubble blowing and any other fun activity involving playing with our little toddlers.
Our aim is to create a class where all needs are met, in return mum and toddler have had a wonderful experience.
