Tai chi can be described as a moving meditation. It soothes and calms the mind,
and profoundly relaxes the body, and as we explore our mind/body connections
our awareness increases, and we become increasingly tuned in with the present
moment, more able to savour it's joys.
It also has positive effects on a range
of health issues including
Tai chi helps balance the whole system; physically, mentally and emotionally,
and as we begin to feel better this spreads into all walks of life be it work or play. Tai chi brings people ALIVE.
Through our practice we become more open to the call of
our inner voice urging us to become all of who we truly are, more able to listen to
our needs, more embracing of the joy and adventure of being alive, And as we stop trying
to be what we think we should be... and just be, this growing sence of peace begins to
ripple outwards into our relationships to.
